WHAT WE DO

The primary vision of the Authority for Government Supervision is to help consolidate rational and effective management for public institutions.

Operational objectives of the Authority for Government Supervision are:

• to improve accountability and operational discipline of government bodies, ensure justice in operation, enhance accessibility and transparency of the government service by way of enforcing the rule of law in the activities of ministries, government agencies, governors of provinces and a mayor of the capital city, state run and local property legal entities; improve discipline and accountability; upgrade efficiency;

• to supervise, in accordance to the law, the implementation by ministries, agencies, governors of provinces and a mayor of the capital city and their public servants, state run and local property legal entities of the law, resolutions of the State Ikh Khural (Parliament), Presidential decrees, Government resolutions, protocols, directives, and enacted policies;

• to manage the implementation, by government bodies and public servants, of the law, regulations, policies and resolutions; evaluate and monitor the performance of government bodies;

• to analyze, survey, and evaluate subscriber satisfaction, public view, their applications and complains as related to the operation and performance of government bodies including indexes of corruption and bureaucracy; and provide risk management;
