The State Great Khural (Parliament) of Mongolia reviewed the implementation of the 2024–2028 Government Action Program and Mongolia’s 2025 Development Plan.

According to the review, the implementation indicator for the 13 Action Programs has reached 55.5 percent, that of 574 objectives 66.4 percent while the value of some 1213 planned measures hit 67.9 percent respectively. The 2025 National Development Plan implementation shows 48.5 percent performance for key outcomes and 61 percent for projects.

Mongolia’s economy grew by 8.6 percent as of January 2026, according to the official statistics.

The review noted improved economic development results compared to 2024 but highlighted declining performance of budget due to state budget amendments and spending cuts.
