The Authority for Government Supervision has recently signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Mongolian Lawyers Association to enhance the performance of public servants in the execution of laws, regulations, and policies. This collaboration aims to address non-compliant rules and regulations, boost government efficiency, remove bureaucratic barriers in public services, facilitate training and discussions to empower civil servants, and work together on legislative improvements.

As part of this memorandum, a training session entitled Methodology for Developing Rules and Regulations, Implementation of Violation Legislation, and Actions to Prevent Corruption and Conflicts of Interest was conducted on May 28, 2025, in partnership with the Mongolian Lawyers Association. The objective of the session was to strengthen the capabilities of public officials in the areas of legislative refinement, law enforcement, and prevention of conflict of interests.
