The Authority for Government Supervision, in cooperation with the Mongolian Productivity Organization, launched the “Public Sector Excellence and Model Organization Project” on April 7, 2025. The project aims to improve government organizational performance, implement process re-engineering, and enhance productivity across public institutions.

Today, a training and discussion session was held at the Second State Central Hospital as part of the project. Participants reviewed project progress and implementation, examined the outcomes of productivity tools, and discussed the development of institution-specific strategies and roadmaps tailored to each organization’s needs.

Within the project framework, participating institutions are identifying factors that hinder operational efficiency through research and data-driven analysis. They are also setting target performance levels and defining key performance indicators. These efforts are expected to enhance institutional excellence, improve service delivery, and increase satisfaction among both citizens and public servants.
