A new joint working group has been formally established under Order A/147 of the Chief of the Authority for Government Supervision to improve the quality, accessibility, and system-wide interoperability of Mongolia’s digital public services.

The working group will conduct a comprehensive assessment of how digital public services are being implemented across government institutions, evaluate their effectiveness for citizens, and examine their impact on the business environment. Based on these findings, the group will develop recommendations aimed at creating a more accessible, transparent, and user-centered digital service ecosystem.

The establishment of this working group marks an important step toward strengthening digital governance and ensuring that public services meet the evolving needs of citizens and businesses.
